Yuhang

    Regional condition

    Yuhang Sub-station, which is adjacent to Zijingang Campus with convenient transportation, is located in the Dajiang Mountain plot of Jingshan Town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, where is at the junction of Hang-Chang Expressway and Provincial Highway 015. It has a subtropical monsoon climate with an average annual temperature of 16.2℃, average relative humidity of 68%, annual precipitation of 1,400mm and annual sunshine hours of 1,970h.

    Basic condition

    The planned area is about 37 hectares, and the planned construction area of the first-phase is 17.86 hectares. There are six functional areas: paddy field crop experiment and demonstration area, dryland crop experiment and demonstration area, water ecological restoration demonstration area, fruit tea experiment and demonstration area, facility agriculture experiment and demonstration area, scientific research training and achievement exhibition area.

    Functional Orientation

    To establish an agricultural Sci-tech innovation park integrating research and development of agricultural science and technology, application of achievements, demonstration and popularization, and science education.
